The five international airlines serving the country include American Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Airlines, U.S Airways and Taca International Airlines. Visitors flying into Belize will touch ground on the tarmac at the International Airport, just a couple of miles outside Belize City.
Local Flights
Maya Island Air and Tropic Air are the two local airline companies in Belize. Both offer frequent and reliable schedules at reasonable prices. Destinations include the International Airport, Belize City, San Pedro, Caye Caulker, Corozal, Placencia, Dangriga, and Punta Gorda.
Water Taxis
The Belize Marine Terminal, located at the foot of the Swing Bridge in downtown Belize City is the most convenient location to catch a water taxi heading to the two popular island towns of Caye Caulker and San Pedro. Schedules to and from these islands are almost hourly.
